Explosion-proof axial fans

Explosion - proof axial fans WKEX are designed to work in conditions where there is a potentially explosive atmosphere (the pumping of clean or polluted air, which consists of a mixture of gas, vapour, mist) - a group of devices II, category 2.
All fans are driven directly by the electric motor shaft.
Duct - proof comply with the requirements of EU Directive 94/9 / EC "ATEX" concerning devices intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. (II 2G Ex e II T3 or T4).
Available diameters of fans from 315mm to 560mm.
Performance: from 2530m3 / h to 12900m3 / h.
Motor powers from 0,12kW to 2,2kW.
Operating temperature: - 20 to + 40 ° C.
Air flow direction A (motor - impeller).

APPLICATION
- Painting Cabin,
- Spaces where there is a probability of occurrence of explosive atmospheres caused by the existence of mixtures of air and gases, vapours, mists.

CONSTRUCTION
The fan housing and motor brackets are made of galvanized steel coated with epoxy - polyester.
The fan uses a modular rotor blades made of antistatic polyamide.
Engine - IP 56, class F insulation, ATEX, increased safety "e", asynchronous designed for continuous operation (S - 1) in potentially explosive atmospheres. The motors are not designed for speed control. All models are available only in three - phase version.
